Low price computer systems, notebooks, components, printers and upgrades from the PC Pro Online Retailer of the Year with next day delivery as standard from £1.99
I placed an order for a Corsair 8GB USB2 Voyager Pen drive and a Belkin USB 2.0 5-Port PCI Card, phoned up to place this order so that i could get a price
match on both items, this was done quickly (Thanks) without the pricematch the total was £27 excluding delivery, as i'm a active forum member I got free
delivery with that order which was £24.30 with price match. order was shipped after 1 hr and 30mins via royal mail.
I received the items after two days (not bad for royal mail delivery which would normally cost £4) item's were secure in a parcel with bubble wrap.
overall i'm extremely pleased with the service that Aria is providing me, never had any problems when placing an order or getting price matches etc. the staff
are very friendly and happy to help you.
It's also a bonus that aria's staff are active on the forum so if you have a problem post there and a member of staff will reply pretty quickly.
also note that there are many competitions going on the forums as well as on there facebook group. I myself have won a few of these excellent competitions
and recommend people to signup to the forums and enjoy them too
Thanks to Aria for providing such a outstanding service, i will look forward to purchasing more items from you.
I have been an Aria customer for several years but have only just got around to reviewing the company i choose to spend my money with. Over the years i have had need to purchase components for 5/6 seperate self-build machines plus other upgrades and peripherals. There are numerous eTailer tech sites to choose from, some cheaper than others but at no time when i have required several parts at once have i been able to match Aria prices elsewhere. Delivery is almost always next day for me. Any problems i have had with faulty goods, as is common wherever you buy tech from, has been dealth with swiftly and without hassle, tech-support for configuration issues is excellent too. I am now an active forum member and this entitles me to free postage on most items i buy, i also benefit from member deals, one of which was a Samsung F3 1TB hard drive i recently purchased for £31 delivered, thats a full £12 cheaper than anywhere else can offer. I have recommended Aria to all my family and friends who are interested in parts and full builds, as i see no better option in the marketplace for those with PC technology requirements. Try them yourself, you wont be disappointed
I'm in the process of moving to using Aria as my main supplier for work and home as I have been so pleased with the service so far. Previous to this I used Scan and OCUK for home as well as having credit accounts with Ebuyer and a local supplier called Computer Plus for work. Aria give the personal service of my local shop, but have the large range of a top online retailer. It is easy to get hold of them on the phone or on the forums and they are happy to help with price matches, general advice and support. On top of this they regularly come out cheapest when I am putting together a basket.
Normally that would be enough, but Aria have a little cherry on top in the form of some extra special deals and competitions for forum members. Yesterday I had my Intel 80GB SSD delivered for £100, cheapest elsewhere over £160. Capped the day by winning a trivia quiz for a £40 gift of my choice from the website. No one else does things like this so I would recommend people get involved whilst the generosity is so high.
Good range, value for money, friendly knowledgeable telephone support: for example, years ago, I bought an own brand router from Aria. When I ran into a setup problem, switchboard put me through to John (saying, "Oh, John knows about the routers"). He didn't give me the normal, "OK, let's do all the basic steps, turn it off and on again" rubbish you normally get from first line support, but actually listened to my description of the issue (to do with my the inability of my ISP, BT, to tell me their DNS IP; BT's support first told me, 'It's inside the router', then suggest it might be '38'), diagnosed the issue, and suggeted a workaround (using an open DNS server). Excellent.
