My item arrived 1 month after i ordered it though the site indicated delivery in 5-10 days. I tried to call customer service repeatedly and the number goes straight to voicemail. The voicemail message indicates that you will get a call back in 24 hours but I haven't heard back yet and it's been 14 days since I left my first message. Their return policy is terrible and their exchange process is even worse. There is no customer service at all and the organization of the company seems completely unprofessional. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if the 5 star rating on this site is posted by an employee. There are over 50 complaints pending with the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your money!!!
