I had an incredibly frustrating experience attempting to purchase my condo documents from condocerts.com. When I entered my payment information, I received an error message stating that my credit card could not be processed because the expiration date needed to be entered in MMYY format. However, it is impossible to enter the expiration date in MMYY format on the condocerts site -- they force you to enter it in month (name, i.e., "May") and year (4 digit year, i.e., "2013")!!! I used the on-line chat with a condocerts representative to try to solve the issue; they did nothing to help and weirdly kept writing "I'll be right with you" in the middle of the chat and then disappearing for minutes on end. Finally, they recommended calling the customer support line, which I did. They also could not complete the purchase and ultimately recommended emailing me a form with which I could send in a check to pay for my documents.
That form still has not arrived.
I truly hate the condocerts website and found their support staff to be proficient only at wasting my time. I would strongly recommend not using their services for any document management or administrative purposes.
