We've been using Constant Contact for our genealogical society's electronic newsletter since 2007. It just keeps getting better. Since then we've added the newsletter archive and event marketing.

Kind of Dissapointed : I tried Cc and Icontact and Benchmark Email. I thought i would like cc more but i stuck with Benchmark. The customer support of CC was the biggest let down. I don't think i would recommend .I'm cool with my current provider thus far.

Pretty Good: CC has been easy to use for most of our staff members. The thoroughness of the statistics have been really helpful over the years, and their templates are improving. Would recommend them to others.
