Fly greener is so exciting : I love the design. The consept of Fly greener is so exciting. This is basically a new consept and desinged according to recent need of the people. They have shown that travelling by an easy jet is so romantic experience too.Good customer service is the basic service they are looking forward to. But I think that they should work for the non-european route too. So that more and more people could get the facility to travel romantic places. with a greener fly.I hope they many would like to work with such a beautiful and true travel guide too.Overall I am thrilled with the experience of site design itself and would love to enjoy the facility in future too.
Easyjet cheap flights, good website, travel help: Easyjet is the perfect airline for cheap people such as myself. The prices are very affordable. The website is user friendly in many ways, for example the large icons used for menus and tabs are very nice and means I don't have to read to make a selection I just point and click on the image so even a child could make a booking. The orange color is a bit too sharp but makes the website and the brand quite unique.
Default values are selected which is nice and makes my job easier.
It allows me to check in online and print my boarding pass which saves me time from hanging around in the airport when I don't have any luggage. However sometimes when print your boarding card, the image at the bottom which they use to scan at the airport seems not to get printed. Perhaps a bug in their web application. The good thing is that you can choose to print your boarding card again and the page gets refreshed and usually this is fixed the second time. However if it doesn't work the second time, then the website will not allow you to view that page more than two separate occasions. So I usually print the boarding pass to a adobe pdf document for later printing. Just in case I use up my quota of accessing that page which is only twice.
The other advantage this website has is it clearly gives you help on how to get to and from the remote airports that it operates from so you find everything you need here. Also there are hotel and car bookings available from the site.
Easy Jet Flight Booking Not Helpful: The EasyJet site is easy to navigate and fortunately keeps flashing and annoying advertising to a minimum. I like the fact that you can enter the name of your departing city and it will then only display corresponding destination cities, this definitely helps to eliminate the hunting a traveler sometimes has to do in case they don't know where the nearest airpot is to their destination. However, I am not fond of booking sites like this that do not list the actual airline you will be flying until you give your name and payment information. I much prefer knowing up front which airline I am looking at and even the type of aircraft I am flying so that I can rule out airlines that I don't like, potential layovers, small prop planes and so forth. Give me the details upfront, and I would be more likely to use this site than as it is designed now.
