A fresh spin on technology's relationship to the environment: Eco Geek is a site that is centered around illustrating how technology can be used to help the planet, and how it does so. There are dozens of articles on everything from everyday household items such as light bulbs and stainless steel brushes to articles about massive oil rigs and space stations. There is definitely not a lack of variety at this site. It is refreshing to read how developing technology can help the planet, not just about the details of existing projects. A first-time user will have to do a little investigating before understanding the function of the site, but other than that, a very interesting and fresh page.
