Motley Fool Good for the Average Investor: I like www.fool.com because it definitely lives up to its tagline "To Educate, Amuse and Enrich" although I'm wondering just who it might be enriching. On the postive side, the site's articles are written in plain english and provides good information to newbie investors or people with very basic portfolios. On the downside, there are a lot of "opinions" bandied about and I would rather see facts and form my own opinions. I also don't like sites that offer "premium" services, because I feel that the website is then just a feeder to what they really want to sell. Definitely entertaining but not for the serious investor.
