Compared to the other F1 management games that I have played, Formula "Wan" has a very simple game play. You can have a choice of which tracks you want to race, and you can play them at your own pace. It is easy to learn but this has depth in terms of selecting a set of staffs and parts that would help you progress into higher leagues.
On some of the F1 management games that I played, there was no flexibility. You have to manage your driver to participate in a race that only happens a couple of times per week, but if you didn't, there would be a penalty, and you can't fix this for the rest of the season.
In terms of promotion, this game was much easier to advance as it is based on the number of league races you win, while other games similar to this requires you to be the top of the 30 some players who are racing against you in order to advance into a higher league.
The best feature of this game is if you mess up early in the game, there is a reset button that could restart your account and get you a better start.

Formulawan is one of my favorite browser games. Managing your racing team is fun and it only takes about 15 minutes (probably even less) to finish the most important daily actions. There is a great community at the forums, so that's the place you should look at, if you would like to spend some further time at the site (I am not posting at the forums but I enjoy reading them).
It can take a while to figure out what to do, but the game has a detailed Game Guide section and if you're still confused, you can find further information or ask for help at the forums.
Races take place every hour but you can check the results later. The animations are fun to watch, but they can be skipped.
You don't have to pay to play, but buying some bolts (the game's currency) helps you to advance in the game faster and build a larger team.
Formula Wan is a free to play browser based racing game, similar to F1 as it is open wheeled cars. This highly addictive game is fun to play, and easy to get started. But once started there is plenty of depth to keep you scratching your head as you try to manage your team better than the competition and come out on top.

A great browser game that has more complexity than first meets the eye. You can be content just building a great racing car, or you can manage a full team. The amount of involvement is totally up to the player. The only downside is that if you want to build and manage a complete team to the top level, you will spend some Euros . With that said, I note that it can be very fun to play this game without spending big Euros.
When I first came on Formulawan I didn't expect I'd be playing, I didn't have nothing to do that day so I played and from that day on I got hooked. Now I'm having fun trying to get to the top against others online. It's a management game for sure and you need to play wisely to the top. First you establish your team First recruit your Drivers and Cars Then your team which consists of managers can organize a league entry for your driver, trainers helps your driver to improve his skills, mechanics repairs your car, lubricates the motor, and installs tuning parts, commercial assistants searches for new sponsors to increase your team's incomes, nurses takes care of your champions. Its the closet thing to owning your own race team for much less. You learn how to Research and Engineer your own Gearbox, Motor, tyres, Brakes and Wheel parts to create your Race Car to be the best on the track. I first started out with Hourly races only, then changed my strategy lately to also play on Championship races to get the best of your drivers and reputation. You can create your own Tournaments with your friends in friendly races also. I think Formulawan a great game to play. Thanks Formulawan!!
Formula "Wan" is a fun little browsergame that can really get one addicted without having to spend as much time on as on other browser games.
One gets to manage an F1-like Racing Team, hire drivers, hire staff, build team buildings and customize race cars. The start can get kinda slow, but by the time one gets a second car and driver, the pace of the game really starts to pick up. The races itself are pretty fun to watch (about 2 mins each) and are nice in getting some action into the game. I´ve found it to be fairly balanced and even without spending large sums of "real-world-currency" one can really get something done in the game. I do have 3 drivers and 3 cars in the game for the team "Opelcity Racing" and have enjoyed it so far.
One downside is, that the menus and buttons can be a bit confusing at first, but one will be able to get a hang of it soon.
