Customer Service at Freeride is non-existent. While it is still possible to earn rewards by taking surveys (once every 48 hours) and clicking links, it will take you the better part of a year to achieve a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate. This is a once promising reward program which is descending into oblivion. Customer Service -- never good to begin with -- is abysmal.
FreeRide.com: This site offers the visitor the opportunity to earn "tokens" by filling out surveys. You may also earn tokens by shopping at dozens of associated sites including some of the most popular online stores. You can use the "tokens" to purchase merchandise and services at many associated stores. The site describes how to earn tokens and how many you can earn for each purchase or survey. I was unable to find out how much the "tokens" are worth, so it is hard to decide if this is a good deal.
Online Surveys - Don't Waste Your Time: This is exactly the kind of websites that I can't stand. It offers an interesting premise with its name and tagline. However, once on the first page, there wasn't a very good explanation as to how the program worked, it just talked about being able to earn points without much more detail. So I figured that I would have to register to get more details, I typically don't like to give out my e-mail address but I did this time, and I should have stuck with my original gut instinct. Not only did I not get any more information, it was just a series of advertisement after advertisement. I never made it to any page that instructed me as to how to take the survey and I am now extremely annoyed that this site has my e-mail address because I will probably be bombarded with e-mailed ads now too. I can't find anything positive to say about this site except that it has a great name.

Becareful because if it sounds to good to be true, chances are it is.: I do not like this site at all. I feel it is just a huge come on and would not even go near it. They offer you free tokens as pay if you fill out surveys. All of these sites are the same. You are expected to fill out all of your personal information to get paid and then you are swarmed with spam mail. I once tried this and had gotten 150 emails in one day of spam mail. In order for it to stop you have to go into each email and unsubscribe. I would recommend to stand clear of all these kinds of sites.
