This company is probably the best currently available for home-delivery video games. However, that doesn't mean that there isn't room for improvement. When compared with, say, Netflix, Gamefly's monthly subscription rates could definitely be reduced. Gamefly's 2-game out at a time package is going to run you over $20.00 / month, which isn't necessarily out-of-line, but it's not quite a bargain, either.
