Solid e-mail functionality with filters, POP3. IMAP and no advertisement in mails when paying. The interface is very slow and you have to login every time, though. Moreover, there is basically no possibility to constantly automatically synchronize the address book with some external programs or devices. What also really bothers me is that the articles on the start page (that you see every day) are rather made for an uneducated boulevard audience. I hate seeing this rubbish every time I want to check my e-mail.
European Freemail provider.
Positiv:
Online Mediacenter / Online Storage, with Webdav access (means able to access from a folder on your Harddrive) of 2 Gigs (Emails included)
Negativ:
Limited Amount of Folders to create, and
A bit spammed with Advertisement.
And highly attacked by dictionary-spams (means the spammers are using a programm that simply assigns to "words" or names together, with any combination of connection ,example: michaela.book@gmx.de)
So avoiding Emailadresses that are easy to catch by dictionary spams, and not minding Advertisement, and you are fine with this provider.
