Worst website navigation I've seen in awhile. My time on site metric may be way up, but it's because I couldn't find what I was looking for (to simply turn off auto-renew on some of my products). Had to contact customer support after about 30 minutes of wasted time.
They might be a very popular site due to their sponsorship of people like Danica Patrick. I am very unsatisfied with the speed of their servers, doesn't do much good when you cannot ever login to your own account due to server timeout errors!!!! Stay clear of this site.

Customer support takes too long and they're not even the best host. Bluehost support is averaging me about a 10 second wait and the hosting options are simply superior to goDaddy
