The website is very informative and I was able to find everything I needed and register my product. We have owned Goodman HVAC units for 4 years and recently installed a heat pump in our adjacent carriage house. It brought it up to temp in no time and maintained it well. Runs very quietly and efficiently. I have not had a problem with the other units which are gas furnace/central air in my main home... except my installer put fuses in instead of circuit breakers and 1X a season I had to change the fuse which is effortless, You just have to keep spares handy which you can buy at Home Depot for a couple dollars. I actually had the fuses taken out and circuit breakers installed for convenience. Would highly recommend the units!
