I had a stroke two years ago and had to cancel my cruise 4 days before departure. The hospital rang travel the world(agent for holland america)and said they would contact me re another cruise or make alternative arrangements for another cruise. I never heard from them again. I paid nearly $4000.00 and only received $350 Back. I would think twice about going anywhere with this company. I though having a stroke was exceptional circumstances. I was told to read the fine print as a refund would not be forthcoming. The site is great but The agent Travel the World leaves a lot to be desired. Not even to get a phone call as they promised when advised by the hospital.
