Looking for a hotel, check this website out: This website is easy to understand and to use. You just put in the basic information about your trip, and the site will do the rest. You will be provided a list of hotels in the area, average price per night, amenities and recent reviews from travellers. This site reminds me of trip advisor just with a little more information on hotels. I think the site is very basic, the website could use a little sex appeal, that's my only negative comment, the site looks a little boring. The information is good, the reviews are great, but it appears just boring.
Hotels.com Is a Very Good Website: Hotels.com is a very good website in that it is easy to use. You can book hotels and flights on this website and they also have deals and vacation packages. I really like the way the searches for booking a hotel are set up, it makes it very easy to use this site. I also like how they give you a free night for every ten nights that you book a hotel. The only thing that I can really think of that is not very good about this website is the way it looks, it is not very pleasing to the eye, and it is also annoying that on some pages of this site one quarter of the page is taken up by hotel ads. Other than its small flaws this is a pretty good website and I highly reccommend it.
excellent hotel website for travellers: Hotels.com allows you to find and book hotels online or by phone. It is easy to use and has a narrow web-page which makes it easy to browse even for people with lower resolution screens.
The website auto complete feature works very nicely. The resulting search returns a nice list of hotels where you can see prices, address of the hotel on the map and ratings. But the most spectacular feature for me is the "Map View" tab which allows me to select hotels by their location.
It also allows you select the type of facilities that you want from your hotel such as swimming pool or gym. I like this feature as it helps me keep fit while I am traveling.
The only thing I don't like about this website is the yellow/orange theme. Also the top menus appear a bit white or colorless which is a bit demanding on the eyes. I would prefer the drop down menus to have a bit more color so that they can easier be differentiated from the background.
But all in all I like the website very much and have been using it a lot in the past.
