we arrived there and stayed in toscane,but nobody told us that its the owners house and that his things where in the house.As we entered the house,it was cold first of all and we had a baby,we went in the kitchen and as we opened the fridge we found a needle,probably for their own use,chocolates beaten and left overs,dirty sink,rubbish in the bin,a pant underneath the sink,clothes in the closets,boots,shoes,and in the bathroom,used soaps,shampoos,tooth brushes(5 of them)all used,dippers in the closet,biscuits on the floor,and just to justify theirselves,they told us that we knew the house was theirs.They took all the money in advance ,because they wanted to leave,no receipt given,and they told us that if we want to leave they will give us our money back.We left and when we asked for them again,they said they will not give us anything.We where left there alone,on a ghost village,nothing to do nothing to eat,with a baby.Irresponsible and completely rude
