On the first order they overcharged me for shipping (I didn't realise it until I was looking back due to problems on my 2nd order.) I brought up to them that the shipping rates chart stated I should've gotten $35 shipping not $39 and after waiting a day for a response they CHANGED the shipping rates chart and said it's a $39 flat rate as if it's always been that way. 2nd order they made a mistake on my shipping then sent me an email asking for more money for shipping. Completely unprofessional, "customer service" not helpful, and I find it horrible that although THEY made the mistakes, they don't want to do anything to fix or even acknowledge them. They try to cover up their mistakes and act like they never happen. They also send fish that are smaller than what they tell you they will be. Complete waste of money.
