Sparkpeople: Excellent site for tracking calories, nutritional information and workout videos. I have been using the nutrition tracker for over 2 years. It takes a little time to set up your meals, but once you are set up, it is quick and easy to use. They have improved this site in the past year. For example: If you eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch most days, you can copy a meal to another day with one click... Big time saver.
