SPICEDINCENSEWAREHOUSE IS A SCAM. First order no problem then second order gets lost in post consistently. I made 5 orders in one month and 2 were lost in post. WHen i complained and asked for proof of postage he simply replied by saying I was now banned from the site. Do you call that 99.9% customer satisfaction? BTW All the positive reviews on the forums are written by the same person. The owner John Macdonald Heron. As of 30/9/09 SIW beacame a limited company presumably to avoid personal litigation. The products are not cheap if they get lost in the post however how else is he to attract customers to rip them off. He has stop selling herbal incense now, well the customer base isnt infinate so he has moved on too selling powders, another customer base to steal from. HE IS A THIEF A LIAR AND AN IDIOT AVOID AVOID AVOID
