Hello, We purchased StoneDine Cookware last month. We decided to make the full payment. We cleaned them and seasoned them as it says.
I am impressed. After a month.. we use them all the time. I now prefer them over my stainless steel and other pans. They are easy. Tonight, I sauteed Cod and Shrimp with a little flour on them in the largest saute pan and I put a little bit of oil and a little bit of butter. Not much, just to see... and dipped both the cod and shrimp in some seasoned flour... just a smidjion of oil and butter and they fried up with a light crisp and not so greasy... first time I have been able to use less fats... Our diet has already changed. I cooked a noodle dish with mild amount of olive oil and garlic and herbs and some chopped tomatoes. When I went to add the noodles to let them simmer for 20 minutes... I was interested to see if it would crisp the noodles. It didn't It kept my simple pasta dish simmering with the lid and the flavors were absorbed. I was really happy. My family loved the dish better...cause the Stonedine just has an easy thing about it. Thats the way they cook your food. Less, if not no fat added. A Simple penne pasta with a very small amount of olive oil... it sauteed... Now, after one month of cooking with these fabulous pots and pans... I would purchase them all over again. The only thing I am concerned about is there longevity. Cause they are the best I have used yet. I am 54 years old. So, I hope you can all stop complaining about this company. They did us right over the phone and shipping was perfectly safe. I hope you try these pots and pans... I think they are they wave of the future at our home. Oh, if you do exactly what they say in caring for these pans, they clean up so easy. Very simple. And I haven't yet had to re-season mine yet even after washing them in soap and water.
Happy Cooking
