I have been ordering off the italian deli for nearly a year now and i have to say i would not consider ordering off anyone else. The delivery is always about 5 days as i order much every month which is a little fustrating but then they do send me an e-mail the day before delivery so i know when to expect it. I love the products and the querky website, the products are always changing so i always have a look every week to see whats new. I pay using my paypal account as it takes 1 week to go out my account, which is really handy especially when i am waiting to get paid! I recommend them to my family and friends and they ordered alot of christmas gifts off them which as far as i know everyone was pleased. One time i was sent the wrong weight cheese, i ordered 200g and got 100g but all it took was a e-mail and i got the price and compensation. I feel it is always important to state any issue to let a company resolve it before compalining and this worked with them! I usually order cheap wine at £4.99, some limoncello, Mulino Bianco and Balocco biscuits, provolone and buffalo mozzarella, torta cake, tiramisu cake, capers, artichoke in oil, peppers in oil and other goodies and things that i can not find elsewhere and if i can find them elsewhere they are either the shops own brand and not an italian brand or they are really expensive....which is why i shop with the italian deli, the prices are the lowest on nearly everything and the delivery is free.
