Verizon Wireless a Great Way to Keep Track of Cell Phone Usage: As a Verizon customer, I have used this website multiple times and find it very helpful in a number of ways. First of all, I like the fact that I can see where my usage stands at any given time during the month. This way there are no surprises if I've gone over, or my children have gone over our plan's allotment of minutes. I also like the fact that I can download an actual copy of my billing showing each call made. I don't need a paper copy every month, the online version is just fine for double checking my calls. The only difficulty that I had was in upgrading/changing my account to unlimited texting. For some reason I could not do that online and had to visit the local store. Overall, it's a very busy site with a lot of useful information if you have the time to dig through it all.
