Not much use unless you are directly banking with WaMu: This website is well designed with a nice sense of simplicity that makes it very easy to read and navigate through. It covers the various services that WaMu, or Chase, Bank offers, ranging from banking, to credit cards, to long term loans, to CDs and IRAs. You also are able to view and change most anything that has to do with one of these functions online. Therefore, unless you do any of these services with WaMu, there really isn't much point to visit this website. Otherwise, the website is also pretty good because it is very accessible and, notably, has the ability to change the size of any of the text.

On the downside the information provided for cross institution transactions is rather weak and the depth of information provided is lagging.
